We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented CNC Mill Set-Up Technician to work with various machine tools to produce new and repeat precision parts to print specifications.
1st Shift – Full time
Monday – Thursday 6:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. / Friday is optional overtime
Climate-controlled 22,000 sq. ft building with an air ventilation system
Essential Job Functions
Studies sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to comprehend sequences of operations needed to fabricate products.
Sets up, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials necessary for machining operations.
Measures and examines completed parts to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
Engages with engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information.
Functions with awareness of set-up, run, and tear-down times to comply with operational efficiencies.

Job Qualifications
Education: High School degree.
Completion of an apprenticeship program or college/technical school training program is preferred but not necessary
Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CNC Mill Set-up Machinist preferred
