Chris Sayler is the President and Owner of Range Precision, a company that specializes in CNC machining. Chris has over 30 years of experience manufacturing various metals and plastics in machining centers.
</p>

Chris started his career as a shop floor helper and quickly developed a passion for setup reduction and CNC programming. His dedication and hard work made him a sought-after talent in the industry, and he eventually became a student of Lean Manufacturing techniques, culminating in certifications.
</p>
<p>
In 2005, Chris accepted an entry-level management position at a prestigious medical company, where he continued to excel. He was appointed to many upper-level management positions, eventually becoming the Director of Operations for Fortune 500 medical and aerospace companies. Chris has given in-person seminar lectures on Leadership and has published magazine articles focusing on Teamwork and Cultures.
