Chris started his career as a shop floor helper and quickly developed a passion for setup reduction and CNC programming. His dedication and hard work made him a sought-after talent in the industry, and he eventually became a student of Lean Manufacturing techniques, culminating in certifications.
In 2005, Chris accepted an entry-level management position at a prestigious medical company, where he continued to excel. He was appointed to many upper-level management positions, eventually becoming the Director of Operations for Fortune 500 medical and aerospace companies. Chris has given in-person seminar lectures on Leadership and has published magazine articles focusing on Teamwork and Cultures.
Today, Chris’s passion for excellence is evident in the entire team at Range Precision in Blaine, MN, where they continue to provide high-quality CNC machining services to their customers.
